Dr. Tumuhimbise Manasseh
Holding a Doctorate in Business and boasting over 18 years of experience as a practicing health economist, he provides strategic oversight of the scheme’s daily operations. He ensures that all work plans and budgets are executed in alignment with Board approvals. Furthermore, he leads resource mobilization efforts through grant writing and fundraising, while spearheading the initiation of income-generating activities to ensure the scheme's long-term sustainability.
Mrs. Susan Aturinda
She is responsible for mobilizing community beneficiaries and sensitizing their leaders on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and IHP service offerings. Her financial duties include compiling reports and tracking revenues and expenditures. Additionally, she coordinates medical treatment advice and issues Medical Treatment Authorization cards to ensure beneficiaries can seamlessly access necessary healthcare services.
